What is Catgirl Riot?
We create original apparel and collectibles for people who live in the culture — anime, Japanese aesthetics, internet, gym, memes, all of it. Every design is hand-drawn by real artists. No AI, no stolen art, no cheap materials.
From detailed art pieces to weaponized shitposts — if it's part of the culture, we're making it. And if something goes wrong, we have customer support that actually simps for you.
Why Catgirl Riot?
We wanted gear that felt like it came from nerds actually living the culture — not corporate people guessing what weebs like, or dudes making "cool anime tees" because they watched Naruto once.
Everything here is original — drawn by us or indie artists — made for people who actually live this culture, not just consume it.
Are your designs AI-made?
All our merch artwork is hand-drawn by our in-house illustrators and freelance artists. No AI-generated slop, no "fan art" bootlegs, no stolen designs, and no copyright infringement.
All concepts are developed in-house or based on suggestions from our community. This means the texts, characters, and layouts are created by us - not bought off some stock website.

Do you have a physical store?
Nope. We're online-only for now, but always open to collabs with stores or pop-ups.

Ordering & payment
My card was declined at checkout. What’s going on?
It's likely a billing/shipping address mismatch triggering your bank's security.
Here's the simple fix:
Use your card's true billing address for both the shipping and billing fields to place the order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay, with Shop Pay Installments available for Buy Now, Pay Later.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Is the payment process safe?

Where do you ship from?
Classic tees ship from fulfillment partners in the US, EU, UK, and AU (some items also from Canada). We usually ship from the warehouse closest to you for faster delivery. Check the product page for details, or hit us up if you're unsure.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to most countries. Check the shipping policy for the full list.
Do you ship to U.S. military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses?

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a size guide. General rule:
- Men → Take your usual size.
- Women → Size down for a fitted look, or true to size for relaxed.
What materials are your products made of?
Details are listed on each product page. Classic tees are soft, breathable 100% cotton (sport grey: cotton/poly blend).
How should I care for my items?
Cold wash, inside out. Don't iron the print. Air drying is king. Full care instructions are on each product page or read full care instructions here.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Most likely, yes. Sign up on the product page for restock notifications so you don't miss it.

Usually, yes. If our capacity allows it, we're always open to creative ideas and love working on new projects. Just reach out to us.
