About Catgirl Riot
What is Catgirl Riot?
Catgirl Riot is a rebellion against bland, soulless anime merch. We fuse Japanese aesthetics, anime culture, and internet degeneracy into products that actually mean something - whether that's an artful homage to tradition or a weaponized shitpost. If it's anime, Japanese culture, or net culture, you better count us in.
Why Catgirl Riot?
Because we were done with generic anime tees and lazy bootlegs. Everything here is original - drawn by us or indie artists - made for people who actually live this culture, not just consume it.
Are your designs AI-made?
No. All main artwork is drawn by us or trusted indie artists - no AI sludge, no stolen fan art. We sometimes use AI for small supporting bits (like textures or heavily edited backgrounds), but the designs themselves are always artist-led and original. What we don't do is torture some AI image generator until it pukes out a generic waifu and slap it on a tee. That's the lazy way - not our way.
Do you have a physical store?
Nope. We're online-only for now, but always open to collabs with stores or pop-ups.
Who's behind Catgirl Riot?
A small squad of culture nerds making anime-inspired gear for fellow fans. Indie, original, and a bit degenerate.

Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and a few others. More options coming soon.
What about PayPal or Shop Pay?
PayPal is planned for 2025. Shop Pay is on the roadmap too.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes - but only if you reach out quickly. We start processing orders shortly after they're placed. Email squad@catgirlriot.com ASAP and we'll do our best.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards (and other perks) are planned for 2025.
Is the payment process safe?
Yes. We use world-class processors - your card details are never stored by us, and all payments are encrypted with SSL tech.
Can I combine bundle discounts with other offers?
Bundle savings apply automatically and usually can't be stacked with codes.

Where do you ship from?
Classic tees ship from fulfillment partners in the US, EU, UK, and AU (some items also from Canada). We usually ship from the warehouse closest to you for faster delivery. Check the product page for details, or hit us up if you're unsure.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to most countries. Check the shipping policy for the full list.
Do you ship to U.S. military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses?
Yes. Enter your details like this:
Country - United States (even if you're outside the US)
State - AA, AE, or AP
City - APO, FPO, or DPO
Address 1 - Unit & Box number
ZIP - your 5-digit military ZIP
Please note: Transit can run a little longer via military mail.

Not directly. Return your item and place a new order - this keeps it simple and fast for everyone.
Product & sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a size guide. General rule for classic tees:
- Men → Take your usual size.
- Women → Size down for a fitted look, or true to size for relaxed.
What materials are your products made of?
Details are listed on each product page. Classic tees are soft, breathable 100% cotton (sport grey: cotton/poly blend).
How should I care for my items?
Cold wash, inside out. Don't iron the print. Air drying is king. Full care instructions are on each product page or read full care instructions here.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Most likely, yes. Sign up on the product page for restock notifications so you don't miss it.

Do you take custom design requests?
Usually, yes. If our capacity allows it, we're always open to creative ideas and love working on new projects. Just reach out to us.
