Shipped from our local UK warehouse — no customs, no surprises.

A few items ship from our EU or US warehouse instead:
• Certain items (currently tall tees)
• Anything that's temporarily out of stock here

In those cases, expect a little longer in transit, and customs or VAT may apply (gomenasowwy 🙇).

Processing time: Ships in 3–5 business days

Shipping time (after dispatch):

• From our UK warehouse: 4–8 business days
• From our EU warehouse: 6–10 business days
• From our US warehouse: 10–25 business days

Tracked shipping — you'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships

Heads up on EU and US shipments: if your order ships from our EU or US warehouse, initial tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch. If it still hasn't updated 5–10 days after we send the shipment confirmation, drop us a message and we'll investigate like a third-rate PI soaked in cheap whiskey, reeking of cigarettes, and done with life.

Multiple packages? Some orders ship from different warehouses — you'll get separate tracking for each. They may not arrive together.
