Quick fit tips
Men: Take your usual size (size up 1 if you want an oversized/pump-cover look).
Women: Size down 1 for a fitted look, or stay true to size for a relaxed/unisex fit.
In-between sizes? If you're on the fence, pick the larger size for comfort—unless you're currently cutting weight.
